PAIRS Evaluation Project (PEP)

In 1983, the PAIRS Foundation, Ltd. was established with the mission to teach those attitudes, emotional understandings and behaviors that nurture and sustain healthy relationships and to make this knowledge broadly available on behalf of a safer, saner, more loving world. Over the years, this curriculum has become an internationally recognized and utilized relationship education curriculum for adults and students. The PAIRS Evaluation Project (PEP) will provide evaluation support the PAIRS Foundation’s PAIRS Relationship Skills for Strong South Florida Families federal grant that was awarded in October 2006.

To assist in the evaluation of this project’s outcomes, the Florida Marriage and Family Research Institute, under the direction of Principal Investigator Dr. Andrew P. Daire, Associate Professor of Counselor Education, will provide research and evaluation support by scoring assessments, providing data entry of assessment and survey results, assisting in conducting the necessary data analysis, and generating monthly and semi-annual reports.
