This weekend try participating in this all day challenge. All you need is you and your partner.

The rules are:
✨ If your partner leaves the room, building, car, you kiss them goodbye and if your partner walks into the room you kiss them hello. This also means if you separate in a store for a long period of time you must kiss goodbye and hello.

✨ It doesn’t matter if your partner leaves for 30 minutes or for just a second to grab a something from another room real quick it still counts!

Try it out! We hope your weekend is filled with new memories and laughter 💖

There are many benefits to Project Harmony, our favorite is seeing couples happy to express themselves by learning new ways to communicate with each other. It is a reminder that being open to change and learning new ways to do things can be refreshing for a relationship.

Showing love to those we care about is extremely important. It is equally as important to receive it for yourself. Embrace each moment you have with your loved ones, and allow yourself to love and be loved.
